  1. Your Booking

    All booking for Release2010 must be made online or over the telephone.

    Block bookings for 10 or more people cannot be made online and will only be accepted over the telephone.

    Payment for all bookings need to be made in full.

    Student passes are offered on the basis that you have a valid NUS card and this will need to be shown at registration to retain the student discount.

    Once paid online you will receive an invoice for your ticket.

    There is no need to bring the invoice with you on registration, your name will automatically be on our registration list.

    Your booking will allow you full access to the main sessions of conference.

    We cannot guarantee full access to every breakout session, as some of these will have limited capacities.

    The limited breakout sessions will take a sign up every morning of the conference.

  2. Insurance

    It is highly recommended that holiday insurance be taken out in case of late unforeseen circumstances.

  3. Cancellation & Transfers

    All cancellations incur a £20 per person administration fee.

    All cancellations must be received by email by 19 April 2010, otherwise full fees will be forfeited.

    Bookings are transferable if requested in writing by email. However, there will be a £5 administration fee for any substitutions.

  4. Website Accuracy

    We take care to ensure all information, photographs and accommodation descriptions have been compiled from the most accurate sources available at the time.

    The venue facilities will vary between the afternoon breakout sessions. Not all breakout sessions will be held at venue site.

  5. Accessibility

    The Colston Hall venue is completely accessible with a new set of lifts to all floors and a wheelchair area in the balcony. Patrons can now enter via Trenchard Street or Colston Street and access any floor via the lifts.

    Please mention any accessibility requirements you have when booking your ticket by emailing us.

    Some of the afternoon breakout sessions will be held off site, we cannot guarantee that all off site venues will be completely accessible.

  6. Assistance

    If you require assistance to attend Release2010, an assistant can be admitted free of charge. Please phone and ask about ‘Essential Carer’ tickets when booking. If you prefer to be unaccompanied, assistance around, into and from the building will be provided by staff, if requested. It is essential that you contact us about this.

  7. Infra-red hearing system

    On arrival, please contact a Duty Manager or Steward for loan of an infra-red necklet receiver, to be used in conjunction with your hearing aid.

  8. Assistance Dogs

    Registered assistance dogs are admitted to the auditorium.

  9. Accessible toilets

    The accessible toilet facilities in the Colston Hall are at stalls and balcony level and are signposted in the building.

  10. Arrival & departure times

    Registration will begin on Wednesday 19th at 9am in the main foyer of the Colston Hall.

    The conference will start at 11am on Wednesday 19th. The conference will finish on Friday 21st at 11pm.

  11. Children

    This is an adult and student conference. If you are a nursing mother please contact us and we will try and accommodate you.

  12. Pets

    No pets will be admitted in the Colston Hall accept assistance dogs.

  13. TV filming & photography

    Please be aware that we will be filming and you may appear on films or photos of this event.

  14. Discounted Tickets

    We have a limited amount of discounted tickets. These are tickets for people who would not be able to come to the conference because of extreme financial difficulty.

    The tickets will be given on a case by case basis and we cannot guarantee a discounted ticket for every enquirer. Please contact us about this.
